Registration Details

State DOT Agency Members
Invitational travel costs to the conference will be provided by the AASHTO EMTSP Program for one attendee from each state DOT. Any participants not covered by invitation may register at the rate of $250 per person. AASHTO (EMTSP) Membership benefits include paid registration for one registrant at this national conference who is eligible to represent his/her State DOT and will get one vote on issues being considered at each EMTSP Regional Partnership business meeting.

Local & Federal Government Officials and Academic Attendees
Register at the rate of $250 per person.

Equipment Contractors, Suppliers, Consultants
Register to exhibit and attend open sessions of the conference. Registration as an exhibitor includes two admissions to the conference. Additional exhibitor registrants beyond two must register at $500 per person. Details about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are described on the Exhibitor Registration Form.

Spouse Registration/Program
Includes organized trips to the beach, shopping, and planned evening activities. Spouse program registration is $200 per person.
