Please complete the meeting registration form in the Brochure and return by mail to the address indicated on the form, or Register ONLINE.

All registrations include refreshments and lunches starting Monday at 8:00 a.m. through Thursday noon. An evening activity will be held on Tuesday with dinner included.

State DOT Agency Members

Invitational travel costs to the conference will be paid by the AASHTO EMTSP program for one attendee from each state DOT. Participants not covered by invitation may register at the rate of $650 per person. AASHTO EMTSP membership benefits include paid registration for one state DOT registrant who will get one (1) vote on issues being considered at his/her respective EMTSP Regional Partnership business meeting and on joint initiatives.

Local & Federal Government Officials and Academic Attendees

May register at the rate of $650 per person.

Equipment Contractors, Suppliers, and Consultants

May register to exhibit and attend open sessions of the conference. Registration as an exhibitor includes two (2) admissions to the conference. Additional exhibitor registrants beyond two must register at $799 per person. Details about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are described on the Exhibitor Registration Form.

Spouse/Guest Registration

There is no formal spouse/guest program but registration is available and will cover the opening reception and Tuesday evening event. Breakfast Mon-Thurs is provided by the hotel free of charge. The fee will be $200 per person for adults (18 and over)
