State DOT Agency Members
Invitational travel costs to the conference
will be paid by the AASHTO EMTSP
program for one attendee from each
state DOT. Participants not covered by
invitation may register at the rate of $700
per person.
Travel Planning Request Form
Local & Federal Government Officials and Academic Attendees
May register at the rate of $700 per person.
Equipment Contractors, Suppliers, and Consultants
May register to exhibit and attend open sessions of the conference. Registration as an exhibitor includes two (2) admissions to the conference. Additional exhibitor registrants beyond two must register at $800 per person. Details about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities are described on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
Spouse/Guest Registration
There is no formal spouse/guest program but registration is available and will cover the opening reception and Tuesday evening event. The fee will be $200 per person for adults (18 and over)
