Exhibitor Registration via fax or mail can be done via the Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities form (pages 6 and 7 of the brochure) (Updated 1/15/2012).

Exhibitor Information

Attached are several documents to help you plan for the event. We have assigned the booths and are attaching the diagram for your planning. We are also including the meeting prospectus from the convention center that outlines the procedures for shipping, electrical, and internet needs. A skirted table and two chairs will be provided for each exhibit space. Equipment will need to be moved into the convention center on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 8 a.m. - noon. The remaining exhibitors will set up on Sunday (June 24) from noon to 4 p.m.
