On October 5th, 6th, and 7th, the AASHTO Equipment Management Technical Services Program (EMTSP) conducted the 2010 Northeast/Midwest Joint Equipment Management Meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a centralized location for both regional groups.
