Now available online is the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) new Pavement Health Track (PHT) Analysis Tool. The PHT Analysis Tool can be used to determine the health of your pavement network in terms of the pavement’s remaining service life, based on rideability and pavement distresses (see August 2010 Focus at www.fhwa.dot.gov/publications/focus/10aug/01.cfm).
