The 2015 Southeastern States Equipment Managers Conference will be held at the Marriott Resort and Spa at Grand Dunes. Situated at
8400 Costa Verde Drive, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the hotel is situated on the beach and is near many Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle
Beach attractions and restaurants.
Invitational State DOT attendees do not make their own lodging reservations; instead, they submit a travel planning request form to
email hidden; JavaScript is required. NCPP will then make your travel arrangements and reserve your lodging.

Non-Invitational attendees and vendors may make their lodging reservations at the block rate of $143.00/night (Federal Per Diem) by
calling (800) 228-9290 before May 28, 2015 with the group code “SE STATES EQUIP”. You may also make your reservations online at
marriott.com using group booking code “SE STATES EQUIP”. More information can be found on the EMTSP SSEMC Website as well as the
www.SSEMC.us website.
Individual reservations can be called in to 800-228-9290 and reference SE STATES EQUIP to receive the group rate or federal per diem rate of $143.00 per night per room and must be booked no later than May 28th to receive this rate. The resort fee for your group is complimentary and all guests must book under your group block to receive the complimentary resort fee. Please be advised when booking reservations your guests will be made aware of our current resort fees of $18.00 plus tax. Upon check in, the resort fee will be noted as complimentary and will the guest will not be charged.
Vendor setup is Sunday, June 21 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Vendor tear down is Wednesday afternoon.
