Equipment Management Technical State Partnership (EMTSP)

The EMTSP is comprised of four regional equipment management alliances consisting of State DOT and State Highway Agency (SHA) Equipment Managers and respective staff. The regions (see home page partnership illustration and their association exists to serve as the comprehensive national resource supporting the delivery of effective and efficient governmental highway equipment fleet asset management.
