The new edition of the New York State Department of Transportation Bridge Maintenance News is out.
On March 2, 2009, BIN 1034162 was impacted by the boom of a hydraulic excavator. The bridge carries Interstate 87 and is located ½ mile south from the Canadian border in Clinton County. It crosses an access road serving international trade buildings clustered at the border; this route is their only access. The bridge is a steel multi-girder with a concrete deck.
