The Southeast Pavement Preservation Partnership had a productive meeting in Nashville from Sept. 14-16, 2010. The meeting was originally scheduled in May, but was postponed due to heavy rains and the resulting floods in Nashville area.
At the meeting, there were excellent presentations from various speakers on topics that included preservation research program, performance measurement, preservation program status of agencies, presentations from states and industries, surface friction improvement and emulsion effectiveness. Many key issues were discussed, resulting in outputs produced from various task force groups at the meeting.
