TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) is seeking expressions of interest from consultants interested in producing a state-of-the-practice synthesis that documents effective practices that can be utilized uniformly and provide consistent data for evaluation of efficiency of fleet operations. Expressions of interest by consultants are due by August 12, 2011.
Potential contractors should visit the NCHRP Synthesis Topics website to view a sample consultant contract, review the milestones related to a synthesis project, and obtain information on how to submit an expression of interest.
